Today, Kenneth ("kengon") Gonzalez, CSMP, Principal Conslutant with Engaged Consulting, Inc., started as an active contributor to the industry leading web portal for I.T. Service Management -- ITSM Portal. kengon said "I am excited to be an active content contributor to such a fine online publication.
